Founder
With more than 40 years of escrow experience, Tracy Elliott is the heart of Wine Country Escrow. She thrives on the unique challenge of each transaction, piecing together all the moving parts to close escrow. Tracy finds joy in witnessing the excitement of first-time homebuyers, admiring their courage in taking on such a big step so early in life. She also firmly believes real estate is one of the smartest investments a person can make. Outside of the office, Tracy enjoys time with her husband Darrell, family, and friends. She likes wine with good food and loves dogs.

Escrow Officer
For the past 13 years, Michelle has been guiding clients through the escrow process. She is passionate about being a steady, calming presence during what can often be one of the most emotional and financially significant milestones in her clients’ lives. Michelle loves that escrow is constantly evolving, with new laws, regulations, and technologies that keep her learning and growing. A Murrieta native, she married her high school sweetheart, and together they raised their three children in Temecula. When she’s not in the office, you’ll often find Michelle with her family, enjoying beach days, or exploring the local wineries.

Shannon brings 8 years of escrow experience to Wine Country Escrow, where her favorite part of the job is sharing in clients’ life stories. Whether it’s the joy of first-time buyers or the unique journeys of sellers moving on to new chapters, Shannon treasures the human connections that make escrow more than just paperwork. A proud mom of two, she has called the Temecula Valley home for nearly 20 years. Shannon loves the sense of community here and is grateful to raise her family in such a beautiful and welcoming place.
